Neighbour harrasment with CCTV Camera

My neighbour install a cctv camera focused towards common passage, there is no problem at all. But they turn on motion detection alarm for 24 hours. Any one going through the common passage the alarm is on (like beep). We are requested so many time to stop the sound because it irritating in all day. Even we are suggest them to fixed there alam on her main get. But they don't stop that. And also we are know that they doing it intentionally.
So...what we do now...pls help
CCTV camera cannot point towards your main door gate/wimdow. If it does, then intrusion into privacy and liable to be removed by High court order under article 226 of the Constitution of India. You can file a writ petition in the high court for nuisance caused due to sound beep issued by the motion detection camera.

You may file a complaint with the local Municipal Authority or Police Station citing public nuisance under Section 268 IPC. Continuous beeping sounds from motion alarms in a common area disturb peaceful enjoyment and violate your right to a quiet living environment. You have to inform them about the nuisance it is committing by written communications. Not verbally. Since you have no problem regarding the camera itself so there should be any request for removing the camera, the request will be only for the removal of the irritating sound it makes. if they do not remove the sound you can file a case for removal of nuisance.
