Neighbour harrasing troubling nuisance

neighbour 1. built structures into compound wall, uses as support for outdoor cooking, broke wall. 2. throwing garbage and diverting sewage rain water to my property. 3. trespassing , stole construction materials and blocked one of the path to my property. I am out of station. want advise whether any writ can be filled in such situations to begin with.

You need to file a complaint immediately before the nearest police station. If they don’t do anything you can lodge a private complaint. A writ petition can only filed against state. Better consult a lawyer near by.

With regard to first and second complainants, for construction over compound wall you may prefer a complaint to the LSGD (local self government department ). They are primary authority to deal with such violation. Your question does not reveal that who is the owner of compound wall. If it your's you can move the munsiff court having jurisdiction. For the third complait also you will get relief from Munsiff court.
You cannot straightaway file writ before High court. lf the local body do not act upon your complaint you may resort writ petition
