Neighbour dumping sand and construction material in front of my house

29-Jul-2024 (In Civil Law)
Hi, My neighbor started construction and, without my permission, dumped a large amount of sand and other construction materials in front of my house. I informed the engineer that I need to park my car there, but he ignored my request and proceeded with dumping the materials. I also spoke with the neighbor, who promised to clear it in a few days, but the situation has not improved. The dust from the materials is affecting my house, and parking my car has become difficult. What should I do now?

We will have to file a suit for an injunction seeking stay against the construction on the grounds of encroaching your space and affecting your right of fresh air and light. Further, an application for temporary injunction needs to be filled which shall be granted on the day of filing and admission of the injunction suit.
