Neighbor’s terrace light causing bedroom disturbance at night

29-Mar-2026 (In Civil Law)
Rented apartment in Bangalore. Neighboring standalone building owner has installed a bright, directional terrace light about 10 meters from my bedroom. Light is angled toward my balcony and bedroom window and remains on in the night. It does not appear to serve any functional purpose on their terrace, as its central direction points to empty space, while my apartment falls within its beam. This causes strong glare into my bedroom, disturbing my sleep, and illuminates balcony. What legal remedies
