Neighbor is asking for a way to farming land without any compensation

Hello, My grandfather's brother owns a farming land which is next to our land. My grandfather and his brother passed away. My father have the farm on his name. But my grandfather's brothers children have a dispute so it's still on their father's name. One of their children had been doing farming on the land which They want to access through our farm but don't want to give us any land in compensation.

you can stop them by getting a stay order from the concern SDM Court in that stay order Court mein pass order tourist train them and get them into your field and you can file a partition suit so your land get separated. if they want way in your land they must have to fulfill the terms under section 251 a of Rajasthan tenancy act

You can ask for the compensation for the portion of the land used by the children of your father's cousin or any family members of their family. If they deny for the same against the use of your land then in that case it amounts to trespass. Also, your father with a court's order can restrict their movement in your father's property.
