NEIGHBOR FIXED CCTV THEIR HOME BUT ITS COVERING MY HOME. ITS BADLY EFFECT MY FAMILY PRIVACY. AND ALSO WE INFORMED POLICE STATION SO THEN THEY WALL WAS BUILT BUT ITS NOT SOLVE OUR CONCERNS

A CCTV camera installed against the privacy of another person will be considered illegal. you can file the complaint before the police station. If the police do not take any action against the neighbour, you can file a private complaint with the court.
