Need to make passport with aadhar dob mismatch.

My aadhar dob is wrong and I need to make passport I have pan, birth certificate and all other documents I can't update my addhar due to some personal reason. How I make passport please tell me.

Dear Client, A birth certificate issued by a competent authority i.e, Registrar under the Birth and Death Act, 1969 is generally accepted by the passport issuing authority to verify the age of the applicant for issue of passport. For updated information, to you may contact your nearest PSK.
