Need to have a correction in father's name

I need to have a correction in my father's name but the problem is that he has a criminal case against him which is pending in high court. Is it legal to change it.

no issue if you want to change your father name you V the declaration suit in High Court High Court directed the every authorities your father name is particular some changes any authority is if you want to better solution in the entire matter to contact my contact number and my visit my profiles

Hi, As per the limited information provided by you, it totally depends on the case which is pending before the High Court and we can only recommend once we know the nature if the matter pending before the Hon’ble High Court. It is advised to have a meeting with all the documents.
