Need help to get Electricity connection to my house

Dear Sir,
I have constructed house near to Jigani area, Anekal thaluk and as on today we took pwer through Temporary meter connection by paying appropriate fee every month, Now i want to take permanet connection & meter, But KPTCL Officials are not responding they are trying to bribe through contractors
kindly help me regarding this matter
Hi, Please ensure that you have all the correspondence with the electricity board and its officials with you. Lodge the issue with the Online Complaints Cell. If there is no response to resolve the issue, write to the State Electricity Complaints Authority to address the issue for resolution at the earliest.
