Need answer sheet from my CAIIB exam

Hi, I recently did CAIIB exam from IIBF. However, in the last paper I experienced a technical issue while submitting my answers in the system. Is there a way to ask for my answer sheet from IIBF via legal notice and what is the proper court? P.S- I already requested for the same and told them about the issue in online grievance portal and it will take 4-5 days for them to respond and also publish provisional scores online. Also they have a professional Development centre here in chennai.

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, yes you can file a writ requesting for the concerned documents, once it is filed, a direction shall be issued to the concerned department, in this case the registrar of examinations, you can contact me for further clarifications thank you
