Navy person going to UP from vizag via Bihar with 10 bottle canteen li

India Navy person from Buxar, going to UP from vizag due to train ticket not confirmed, travel vizag to howrah by train after that travel howrah to Patna by Bus then Patna to mugahalsraye(Up) by train but i was arrested by Excise dept. in bihar (Nawada) and send to jail by court for 6 day and discharge from there on bail. What should I do to quash this case permanently. Is there any law to come out from this case by penalty charge or any other option.

You can file a quashing petition in the High Court. what is the amount of liquor formed from your possession? I would like to suggest you to contact me for more details as I also need some from your side too in order to suggest you well. Thanks
