Narrow back side parking gates

I bought a flat in 2019 and car recently. I was alloted parking at the back gate where gates are comparitively narrow than front gates and single gate is there. Parking slot swapping is not possible and hence I requested to make the back gate two folded instead if pillar in between. but association people are claiming it as individual benefit abd builders design cannot be altered. A part from narrow gate, a gate supporting square type rod is 11 inch inside my parking which is also obstructing .
