Name issue in tnpsc group 4 exam I am converted Islam now what name I

Hi sir.. I am birth in hindu...but I am married Muslim person...after I am converted in Muslim religion my name converted in gadget.... present day today I am tnpsc group 4 exam I going to registered in e sevai maiyam... but some problem..my 10th 12th and degree certificate my old hindu name but my adhar and my all proof convert in Muslim name...that situation what solve..what name I am registered in tnpsc group 4 exam... please help me sir or madam... kindly requested... please

While applying for examination submit your gazette certificate. If no option in application you shall produce the same at the time of certificate verification. You will be instructed to produce the original gazette certificate.
