Name correction of main and my father

Sir My name is shaik gulam rasool in my adhar and pan my father name is shaik abu saleha But in my ssc certificate in year 2000 my name is rasool pasha shaik and my father name is mohd abu saleha.and my father expired in 2012. How can I resolve my problem. I have only death certificate of my father as proof. In passport office they asking other proof of my father.

hi if you want to change in your names and the passport authorities are refusing to change the name then you could approach court seeking direction from court to direct for correction pf name in records
