Name change on Degree Certificate

I have already got name change published on Gazette. But university is asking for Court Decree and also change name on 10th and 12th markscard and all 8 semester marks card. What is the court procedure to get Decree, duration it takes and Costs involved. I applied for Masters program in January and got selected. Admission is in April month when I have to submit my Degree certificate.

you have to file a declaration suit in order to change your name in your educational documents and other documents. The court will pass a decree and judgment in your favour and substantially your name will be changed in your educational documents.
