Name change of my child from divorce decree

My child born in 2023 due to some issues i m mutual divorced. The name of my child is not written in birth certificate but the name written in divorce decree was decided by my inlaws i want to change name that is written in divorce decree.is it a long procedure to change . I dont want to mention name of my child's father in birth certificate is that possible
