Name change in Official Documents

I have changed my name in the Official Gazette and received notification. But I have not changed my name in other official documents like the 10th and 12th marksheet, Aadhar, Voter ID, etc. Is there any legal issues in the future for the different name mentioned in Gazette?
it is better to make the new name in your adhar card with the gazette publication not necessary to change in your school records. it isadvised to get attestation from notary public in your affidavit stating that both the old name and new name refers only one person the same person
