Name Change for Book Publishing

For publishing books, I want to use my maiden name added to my name (my married name, which also has all my ids like PAN etc.). Do I need an affidavit or court order for declaration? As any royalties from publishings should come to my legal name.

affidavit and post publication in gazate both state and central level. may be the remedy , documents are to be modified accordingly, no court order for declaration etc not needed as you are alive ,the owner of royalties etc as your own acquired
