After making an affidavit for name change with notary attested, Is it necessary to apply for gazette notification after the paper publication for name change?

I understand your questions what documents. you have to try to name chainge that is important if you are chainge your name I'm any documents you shuld file a declaration suit at. court and take a court direction and chainge the name primarily first do the notary affidavit then paper published then you file a declarstion suit not need to gazatey notifications not mandatory

yes it's mandatory to do PP Without dat u r affidavit will n a invalid so that u can take it as a permanent u can contact me throughout whatsapp Without that u cannot do anything you have to make pp as soon as possible
