My worker's family threatening me that I will sue on this pandemic

I offer him even room for living but my saving are exhaust so I decide to sell vegetables but he deny . Question is that he can sue on me my humanity behavior or not? Even I offer him meal for 1 month

The govt advisory to employers to pay full salary was passed under Section 10(2)(1) disaster management act, 2005. So if employer fails to comply he will face consequences under disaster management act. So in short yes he can complaint against you.

Sir You have not provided the whole story , which makes it difficult to answer. however as much as i understood , In these times anyone can sue anyone but you have a good defense as you have given him place to live and food to eat. So dont worry.
