My wife is wrongly diagnosed with illness

My wife is wrongly diagnosed with a bacterial UTI infection, we had a doubt because there were no sign of symptoms and also, we were suggested high doses of injections during pregnancy.
We conducted same test twice from two different labs and found that the previous report wrongly diagnosed my wife for the bacterial infection.
Qns:
1. What are the medical certificates/test I should do now to support the court case of medical negligence.
2. What kind of court case I can raise, if compensation?
yes it is possible take medical neglejanxy case afainest labs and hospital so what are all bills do you have the hospital and lan nils that documentary is portant so first you have to give the legal notice to hospital and lab then you shild file a case at consumer form district court and ask tje compansation and loss of your wife helth and what are all particulares and priscription bills is important.
