My question is on filing of ws

31-Jan-2023 (In Civil Law)

I had not filed ws in one of the case where I am defendant number 6...the case is fiercely contested one by defendants 1-5...I made ex parte... Now the case is argument complete stage...Can I file my ws now...? I am ready to pay the penalty if ordered by hon judge..

yes you have to make an application for setting aside various orders against you and the court will order the reply of all the parties concerned in the case thereafter on the date of hearing of the application if your application is allowed you may be permitted to file your ws and if not allowed you may go in appeal in the high court.
