My passport application is stuck on police verification

My passport application is pending for police verification and police is asking me for my parents birth certificate or any address proof which should be before 1978 but my parents don't have any of them and I don't know what to do in this case, please help me.

dear client as per your query since your application is pending for police verification so you need to show your residence residing period of time your adhar card and other documents and any address proof for verification..
