My neighbour wants to cut my tree inside my boundrywall

In my boundary wall there is chilwal green tree and recently 3 years ago someone build their house and he is not happy with my tree ( distance - approx 15 feet from his wall) and he filed a complain to sdm . I have doubt he given money or used some neta to influence lekhpal etc and SDM given conditional order to cut tree or present before 30 Jan . What should I do please suggest I don't want to cut my tree
you can do the test the tree you can obtain a suit for injunction the court can give an order mandating the tree not to be cut ok the opposite party was not happy with the fixture ok so the court can interfere

you write a representation to the SDM writing the full details of the property map including the area that is used as set off near your neighbour's house. Take photographs and annex them in ur representation.
state clearly that no nuisance or damage is created by tht tree to ur neighbour's house.
