My neighbor's encroached into our land and constructed a precast wall.

My neighbor's encroached our site and constructed a precast wall. I removed the wall. He gave a complaint on me in the police station. Police registered a fir. I'm having all the documentary evidence like layout copy survey report.
My neighbour doesn't have any evidence like layout copy or survey report. Our plots are boundary plots with different layouts. Is it a crime removing wall from my site which was constructed by my neighbour illegally?
hi first need to see the contents of the FIR filed against you and if it is filed without any valid allegations then you could file quash petition and you could also file injunction against him to restrain him from entering into land
