My neighbor raised a case against a fake case for our land asking 3 m

We have plans to go abroad for job , especially the countries like Germany,UK and New zeland . My neighbor raised a case against a fake case for our land asking 3 meter way. We are ready to give, But they are not ready to withdraw the case. My question is , this case would be a problem for my job visa / work permit?

Your neighbour filed the case on before the Civil Court, Civil cases don't restrict your study visa or job visa/ work visa. You need to appear in the civil court if you are ready to settle the case you can refer the case to mediation through court. Otherwise, the court may order the case against you. The neighbour filed an easement suit, easement rights need to fulfil some conditions. If the neighbour does not fulfil the conditions you don't necessarily have to give the property for way. First, you should get an opinion from a civil lawyer.
