My neighbor and I share a come wall where supposedly left side of the wall he has planted his plants

My neighbor and I share a come wall where supposedly left side of the wall he has planted his plants in pots and right side we have also put few flowering pots. However now the neighbor is slowly keeping more flowering plants increasing the number of rows in such way, which has now reached upto our entrance. Is it not illegal on their part to do such an activity. Even after repeated requests they haven't done anything except replacing big plants with small plants, keeping the situation same which is encroachment the front of our entrance with their plantsIs it illegal or legal on our neighbors part to encroach the front side of anyone's house

A legal notice followed by a civil suit for permanent and mandatory injunction along with an application for interim injunction (stay order) needs to be filed in the district court to stop him from doing that. I have obtained favourable orders from the court in similar cases.

From a reading of your query it would seem that you would have to approach the civil courts for injunctive and declarative relief against your neighbour.
