My name is kartick sing but I want to change it into Karthik Singh so I made one affidavit for name change because I thought through gazette I can change my in every documents but now my brother is saying that I don't need to make gazette because it's costly and if I make my new name in voter id then I can change my name in adhar and then I can change in my SSLC certificate so iam confused whether I can change my SSLC certificate name by only adhar or I need gazette notification

okay I understand your questions so now you want to change your name spelling mistakes right. yes it is possible under law through court decree only study documents chainge in 12th marks card and further documents Ssslc board and university asked court decree declare your correct name from court only not gazate notifixation is not sufficiant only it is advertisement . you suld go through court and take declare your name under law and give the decree copy of court to ssls board and other study university they are chainge your name with out fail
