my name in my governmental documents is Anand Singh and with correct DOB (27/6/2002) but my name in my educational documents is Anand Thakur and with incorrect DOB (28/6/2002).i have made gazzette for change of name and DOB,but still unable to change Surname and DOB in my (10th,12th,my current course) documents .is it possible to change it in my educational documents and if not then ,is gazzette enough for issuing passport and visas(i haven't applied for passport yet) ?
