My mother's name is wrong on my passport. My mother's name is SURAIYA but my passport is mentioned SUKANYA. And applied for a re-issue passport but they didn't change what I have to do now to correct my mother's name in my passport
hi first need to see the reasons for not changing the mothers name despite requesting and
if they are not changing then you could approach the court by filing petition in court and to direct them to change the name

you had to approach high court for change the name of your mother in the passport since court is the competent authority to pass order to issue name change if an opportunity given to me i will file in the high court and get relief
