My mother name spelling is incorrect in my all qualification dmc

The name of my mother spelling is different in 10th dmc and also in 12 th dmc and in birth certificate what should I do for this. What documents I needed for this to correct this or something else.

If your mother’s name is spelled differently in your 10th & 12th DMCs and birth certificate, you should first confirm the correct spelling. Then prepare a notarized affidavit stating that all name variations refer to the same person. You may also publish a newspaper notice and obtain a Gazette notification for legal proof. After that, apply for correction with the education board and the birth certificate authority by submitting the affidavit, ID proof, and supporting documents.
