My husband passed away a few months back. We have bought land in Hyderabad which is registered in both the names me and my husband, will my husband's mother has a share on that land? I have paid whole money for that land.

madam you need to get legal heir as soon as possible and get the land mutated to your name in that way his mother will not be able to claim share please contact me so that i can help you you also need to tell me where the property is situated in Hyderabad
