My friend lied to me about his cousin sister which was not true and it

My friend lied to me about his sister that was actually his cousin he said that she just on and off come from Dubai to India but she is not his sister neither she belongs to India she belong to Pakistan but in this matter my mental health has been deteriorated very much because I hate trusted him so much and and the girl that he is using photos also doesn't have any knowledge that he is using her pictures so if want to use him under which section I can do so so what will be the punishment limit

You need to share more details about your grievance that how that girl or your friend are affecting your mental health and also in what way your friend is misusing the pictures of her cousin and in what manner is that bothering you. Based upon such facts and information and after analysing that, then only we can discuss and plan out a strategy to deal with such case in an apt manner as per the relevant provisions available to us.
