My father is missing from last 14 years. Case is pending is court.

Father is missing from last 14 years. Had Filed a complaint in police station. In last year we filled case in court still going. Submitted in court police FIR copy, police patil written copy. nnAs per court law we had given advertising in local news paper. Also Sent request notice to collector for death certificate. Collector replied to court last moth that he has no issue with this caseNow how much time court will take to issue death certificate. Advocate told that document process and all formality are completed. I search online in that case status is showing Awaiting for summonsnWhat does it mean and how much time it will take to issue death certificate.

Dear Queriest as per the online status as you are saying is summons awaiting it means summons which was sent to Collector is to be filed in way of Affidavit summons which will be recorded before the court and then the order will be passed. it will be issued immediately after the court take the cognizance of the same. for more information about the same kindly call me
