My debit freeze due to the instructions followed as per the cybercrime notice. I have connected with my bank as they informed me that it was lien hold they need instructions from cybercrime to unfreeze and gave the contact details of the authority, but they never received the call and neither do they revert to my mail what should i do in this situation can i raise grievances against cybercribe if so where can i do that its been a month since than no solution was given by my bank.

if your debit freeze you can unlock it an account goes through debit freeze due to a certain financial institution the bank can restrict purchases sale and debit freeze may be due to fraudulent transaction
