My college not giving my certificate

Hello sir, I have completed my B.ed in 2012 but i didn't get my degree certificate. Now i am approaching my college last 20 days but they are not responding. Please advise how to get degree certificate

Hi, From your question what I have understood is that you have passed all subjects/papers of your B.Ed degree. For what reason you did not get the degree certificate till this day?
