Mutation of Property- SC/ST to OBC (Dakhil Kharij)

Hello dear sir/madam
I purchased a plot from a person belonging to sc/st more than 10 years ago. I belong to OBC category. The man with whom I did agreement and paid him all the money, is no more and now after 10 years the plot has been transferred to his son's name. How can I get the dakhil kharij done on my name.
you have filed a case in revenue Court before a prepared authority challenging the mutation after that court will decide correct and legal things of your side property
