Mental harresment by co worker

am government employee. My co worker always taunting on me, due to her mental harresment I have written letter to Dean HR and our Union. But inspite of warning given by the Dean HR she still harress me. Can I lodge FIR in police station? Thank you in advance.

Yes certainly. You may go ahead and file a re letter to the Dean to take strict action. If the same is not adhered to inform the Dean that you are left with no choice, but to file a Formal Police complaint. Take necessary steps as guided through an advocate.
