Mental Harassment and defamation by sister in law who is unmarried

I am a Hindu wife married for last 26 years. Over the years, i have suffered mental harassment and defamation among people in the society due to libellous statements about me by my husband's sister. She happens to stay with us. Her son, who is around 30 years old, indulges in intoxication and creates menace in the house. I am a renal failure patient, on part because of this indirect torture. Is there any law, by which we can get rid of her and her son. My sister in law is not divorced but stays at her paternal home.

As per your grievances I would like to inform you that Indian Law provides divorce at the extreme stage where both husband and wife decided to split their matrimonial life and they have no option except break this sacrament marriage. In the aforesaid condition you have right to file case before Court for Divorce on the ground of mentally and physically harassment of husband and son.
