Matrimonial query - husband and wife staying in different cities

I had social marriage 2 years ago with my wife.Since marriage my wife is staying in different city due to govt. job.Now she has informed me that her office will not give transfer to her in my city. So she will stay away from me till her retirement and during this period she can visit me only during holidays but she cannot stay with me throughout the year.My query is: 1.If my wife does not stay with me till her retirement, is such a marriage legal as per Hindu marriage act? 2.If I do not accept her decision, can I take any legal action?

if you want to transfer then you have to file in jurisdiction court in transfer petition she will get easily transfer ethir she is intentionally avoiding with staying with you you can take legal action way of conjugal rights in family court will send notice
