I married to girl from noida on February 19, 2023, under the direction of the Punjab and Haryana High Court. Following our marriage, an FIR was pending against me, leading to my arrest, during which Garima returned to her parents' house and subsequently filed a false complaint against me. She later returned to live with me on December 21, 2023, but was taken back by her mother on December 28, 2023, using political influence. Garima has since filed a case in the Noida court to cancel our marriage under Section 12, despite her mother's earlier promise in court not to interfere in our private life, a promise that was not kept.
