Marriage cancellation on cossumate grounds

We got married two years back and since then no relationship.Can our marriage be nullified on the grounds of non consummate
Dear queriest, as per your query you have mentioned about your marriage which has not been consummated and you don't want to carry this matrimonial relationship any more you can on the same grounds can file for mutual divorce petition both consent of both the parties.

You can file for divorce and not annulment since period for filing for annulment is 1 year. Application for annulment should be filed within a year from the date of non consummation of marriage. The remedy available to you is to approach for divorce under sec. 13
