Marital status in govt exam which provide reservation divorcee

Sir I am from rajasthan there is a reservation for divorce women in govt exam . But I am not in need of using it . While filling the form they ask for my marital status which I mention unmarried. But now I am concern about this is legal or not .. as I am not using benefit or divorcee .. and in form there is no option of Singal if that was there I will definitely use that .... is it legally right or wrong .. ? Plz help and last date of form filling is passed

hello mam according to your query you can mention unmarried this is illegal because your all document you are married and all the document your husband name is available for the more query please contact me immediately definitely I will help you in this concern
