Mandatory To Take NOC From Last Lawyer

04-Dec-2024 (In Civil Law)
I want to change my lawyer as he is not active and has fake commitments. Is it mandatory to take NOC from him for civil case issues like (HMOP, DVC and 489a).

hi yes it is necessary to get NOC from previous advocate if you want to engage another advocate in the matter and that he if is not giving NOC then you need to explain the same to the magistrate and obtain it
