Mall's food court chimney creating noise

My house is in front of a mall, whose food courts chimney is on ground floor and is creating too much noise and vibration due to which living here is hell for us, asked them to install it somewhere else but they refused, and said "jaha case karna hai Karo" Pls help

Dear Questionnaire As per the law you have right to file case against the person you is creating nuisances and noise as other person boundary is limited who could not creat disturbance to other. Feel free then call for more legal assistance
