Low roof bathroom leakage over car parking and could damage car paint

I, L V S V Krishna residing in a residential apartment (age 20yrs) in Hyderabad, , above our parking there is a low roof bathroom, it has been leaking from last 2+ years, due to COVID-19, we were parking only bikes in that area, so we adjusted and now we got a new car and we are been doing a follow up with the owner (stays at different place) from last 45 days but he pushing the repair by saying, 'done white cement work'. Leak is on car bonnet. Doesn't have proper association.

you can lodge a case against the said owner or occupier that he is intentionally avoiding repairing which is causing wrongful loss to you if you don't feel case is not niwe simply send legal notice that we will take legal action against the owner either way he will take care of it
