Hello, I have a loan from Adity abirla and i indormd them i need to restructure for 2 months because of my rathers death, they didn’t respond to my complaint and no support at all and I didnt pay this months emi, now they sre torturing me saying they will contact my employer and everything. Please help me , i cant pay fore next 3 months and i really need help on this, i wanna commit sucide
Talk to them directly that currently you have no money to pay if they agree to acha hai otherwise they will file a criminal case against you under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act in the court of judicial magistrate first class in your area or in the jurisdiction of the company.
