Loan availabilty for DKT patta land purchased 20 years ago

We have purchased DKT patta land almost 20 years before. Now we want to build house in that land with bank loan. Can you please let us know what is the best way to apply loan for this kind of land.

In general DKT patta lands belong to government and they are assigned to poor people.
Subsequent holder's in interest(purchaser's like you) can get their title rectified/ratified by paying compounding fee to the government.
Please approach the Revenue Divisional officer or collector who has the powers to regularise your title under land regularisation scheme after you paying the compounding fee.
Alternatively you can approach cooperative societies who can grant you loans for construction based on adverse possession claims (since you are in possession for last 20 years, it is called adverse possession)
