Sir. My name is Sonu i serving in govt job. 1month ago i has take vrs. During the service i do llb degree. I had apply for noc but no any reply received. My question that - present i want enroll in bar council but I want know that what answers give in enroll form where ask in this regard.

You don’t need NOC when you have taken retirement or retired. All you need to do is to mention your previous employment and also if necessary give an affidavit for the same also that you are now willing to practice law as a full time and you will not work elsewhere.
