03-Apr-2024 (In Civil Law)
Someone sued my place. But no injunction is issued on the premises. When I go to get fruits in that sued property, the litigant is stopping me.My father passed away a year ago but no summon has come to my house yet. And the date of the case is ahead. Is there any problem if I do not appear in court if the summons does not come? My religion is hindu

In all matters it is important that you appear in person or through an advocate to at least find out what the complaint against you is in the Court of Law. Very often than not the party suing you will try everything to get an Order in your absence.
I would advise you to consult me so that at least it can be found found out at what stage the matter is so that better steps can be taken
